How to utilize the left-hand navigation menus - including Certificates Menu, Managers Menu, and Admin Menu - in order to help manage your Certificate Hero site, and efficiently create certificates of insurance with flexibility.

Left-hand Navigation Menus
Certificate Hero's left-hand navigation menus options help an agency manage both their Certificate Hero site, and the various components of creating a certificate in an efficient and streamlined fashion.
Within the left-hand navigation menus, depending on the user's permissions, they can have access to processing certificates, bulk revisions and renewals within the Certificate menu, putting together the building blocks of a certificate within the Managers menu, and managing the users and permissions groups associated with the site.

Certificates Menu
The Certificates menu houses all certificate processing steps. Within the menu you can process and issue mid-term certificates, bulk revisions, and renewals, as well as export your certificates and import new ones.
Certificates Menu Includes:
- Certificate Manager
- Import
- Export
- Bulk Jobs - which includes Bulk Revisions and Renewals
Managers Menu
The "Managers" menus allow you to manage the various components that are the building blocks of a certificate. You can select, create, and edit these menus from the Certificate Editor or from within the COI Template Editor.
Manager Menus Include:
- Line of Business Manager
- Named Insured Manager
- Endorsement Manager
- Holder Manager
- Language Library
- CID "Certificate Issuance Document" Manager
- Agency Contact Manager
- Agency Signature Manager
Admin Menu
Depending on the user's permissions, you may also have access to the Admin menu. Within this menu, you can manage the user permission groups within Certificate Hero, as well as the users associated with each group. And if applicable, you can also review your agency's analytics.
