How to create and manage Agency Contacts

Users create and manage Agency Contacts from the Agency Contact Manager. Agency Contacts are accessible from the Contact Selector on the Certificate Editor and Template Editor pages. 


The user can edit, set default, activate or deactivate existing contacts. 


Edit: The user can edit any of the fields associated with an agency contact. 


Set Default: The default agency contact will populate when a user within this agency or brokerage creates a certificate template or a certificate. 


Activate: Allows a user to activate an inactive agency contact. Agency contacts can be selected from the Template Editor and Certificate Editor. Active agency contacts can be set as default.


Deactivate: Allows a user to deactivate an active agency contact. Inactive agency contacts cannot be selected from the Temple Editor or Certificate Editor. A default agency contact cannot be deactivated. 


Users can also create new agency contacts. The + CREATE AGENCY CONTACT will pop up a modal for the user to complete.



Once the user creates their agency contact, this contact can be selected from the Template Editor or Certificate Editor.
