An in-depth look at Certificate Hero's Home Page and how users can use it to aid them in processing certificates.
The home page provides the user with a high-level view of their recent activity. The user has four different views they can switch between; Recently Worked On, In Progress Certificates, Outbound Certificates, and Assigned Certificates.
Recently Worked On - This view shows the user their most recent activity across a variety of insureds, statuses, and actions
In Progress Certificates - This view shows the user their current In Progress certificates. If a user highlights a certificate and then selects VIEW, they will navigate to the Certificate Editor to complete the certificate.
Outbound Certificates - This view shows the user recently completed outbound certificates. Outbound certificates are certificates issued to a holder on behalf of an insured. If a user highlights a certificate and then selects VIEW, they will be navigated to the Certificate Review screen to view the completed certificate.
Assigned Certificates - This view shows the user any certificates currently assigned to them. If a user highlights a certificate and then selects VIEW, they will navigate to the Certificate Editor to complete the certificate.
The user will have their first view of the navigation pane from the Home Page. An orange bar will appear on the left-hand side to notify the user which page they are currently on. Some sections are marked with a carrot. These sections can be expanded or collapsed as needed.
