      Policies Menu Overview

      The Policies Menu is where the policies that have been ingested or imported from the AMS are housed and managed.

       

       

      Policies Menu

      Policies are pulled into Certificate Hero from the Agency Management System via ingestion. If a policy is not showing as available in the Policies Menu, it may also be imported by a user.

      Additionally, within this menu the ingested and imported policies can be viewed and edited. To edit a policy, select "Edit" from the "Actions" dropdown.
