Exports & CertLink

Need to Export your certificates? Here you will learn how to export your certificates for review, and an overview of CertLink.

From the Exports manager, a user can export certificates for the insured they are in. They can select to export all of the insureds certificates, or narrow them down by the entering criteria ranging from certificate issuance date range, to Named Insured or Holder.

Within the exported data is a feature called CertLink. CertLink referred to a link that, when clicked, will download a PDF copy of the applicable certificate, without having to log into any source to view.

 


 

Exports & CertLink

To being an export, within the Certificates menu, click "Export".

 

On the next screen, click the orange "Export" button.

 

You will have the opportunity to enter any desired criteria for your export. 

You can narrow the results down to export all certificates by certificate issuance by date range:

You can narrow the results down to export all certificates by certificate issuance by Holder:

 

Leaving all fields blank will export all active certificates for the Insured:

 

To proceed with exporting the report, click the blue "Export" button.

 

This will download the report. In column C, you will see the CertLink feature.

Clicking the CertLink, you can view the certificate in your browser.
