Unable to locate the invite to your Certificate Hero environment? Follow the tips below to quickly search your inbox for the invitation.
When a new user is added to an agency's Certificate Hero site, the new user will receive an email invitation to the email address submitted during the creation of the user.

As a new user, if you are unable to locate the invite in your inbox, remember to check your spam or junk folders. It may be possible your agency's email security settings re-routed the invitation there.
The email address the invitation will come should read: certificates@certificatehero.com
The subject line of the email should read: "Certificate Hero Invitation"
