🔄 Dynamic Policy Updating (Shared Policies)
Managing policies across multiple named insureds just got easier.
You can now share policies among multiple insureds in Certificate Hero while maintaining your accounting structure within your AMS. Plus, endorsements made to a shared policy automatically reflect across all associated named insureds, eliminating duplicate work and helping keep your data consistent.

Import & Update for FreeForm 101
We've expanded the capabilities of FreeForm 101!
You can now Import & Update existing FreeForm 101 records, making it much easier to perform bulk updates instead of editing records individually.

More Ways to Find Certificates by Template
Finding certificates just became much more flexible.
We've added COI Template filtering throughout several areas of Certificate Hero, allowing you to quickly locate certificates created from specific templates.
New capabilities include:
- Filter certificates by COI Template in Certificate Manager
- Filter certificates by COI Template during Bulk Revisions
- Export certificates by COI Template
- Start Bulk Jobs directly from a selected COI Template

Updated ACORD 25 Form
Certificate Hero now supports the latest available version of the ACORD 25 form.
