Below is an organized overview of the new features and improvements you can expect to see in your Certificate Hero environment.

Streamlined Endorsement Creation

What’s New?

You can now create endorsements without the need to create a form.

Endorsements are insured-specific and not global.

How It Works:

The process follows the same steps you're used to, except you’ll skip the step of creating the form.

You can still make the same edits as before, but the process is faster and easier.

What’s New?

Serial numbers from scheduled equipment in AMS360 are now mapped into Certificate Hero.

How It Works:

Create Line of Business profiles with these ingested serial numbers.

Easily identify schedules and place them on a certificate with minimal effort.

Enhanced Insured User Permissions

What’s New?

You can now set insured user permissions to restrict access to “In Progress” certificates.

How It Helps:

Adds control over what insured users can view, ensuring clarity and minimizing confusion.

Improved Certificate Email Identification

What’s New?

Single certificate emails now include the insured name and certificate number.

Bulk job emails also include the insured name.

Why it Matters:

This makes it easier to identify certificates and eliminates confusion when backtracking emailed certificates.

Updated Naming Conventions

To enhance clarity and consistency, we've updated the following terms:

CID (Certificate Insurance Documents) → Renamed to Documents

No changes to functionality; continue storing  documentation for internal user when creating certificates here.

Analytics Labels:

“Certificates by Employee” → Certificates by User.

Bulk Job Terminology

“Append” → Add for simplicity and ease of understanding.
