Welcome as we look back at 2025 and take a moment to reflect on highlighted releases across Certificate Hero over the past year. These updates were driven by client feedback and focused on reducing manual work, improving efficiency and accuracy, and giving teams more control over certificates, communications, and reporting.

Endorsements, Forms & Policy Details

View endorsements directly from the endorsement list within the Certificate Editor to ensure proper selection

Ability to store multiple Producers for a single broker and/or division

Looking Ahead
January 2026 Enhancement Additions

Added flexibility to the CertLink Export by adding the ability to download in XLSX format - allowing hyperlinks to be live and clickable

We also released our new Bulk Endorsement upload feature, which provides the ability to upload your endorsements in bulk
