Welcome back to your monthly Certificate Hero updates.
This month, we’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that allows you to add multiple email addresses to a single Holder Library address entry. This update helps ensure that all relevant distribution email addresses automatically populate when selecting a holder.
Keep reading to find out how to use the new feature.
To get started, locate the holder you’d like to update in your Global Holder Library. Select “Actions” and click “Edit.”
Within the Edit Holder modal, find the address entry the email addresses apply to and click “Edit.”
From there, you can enter multiple email addresses for that holder. These will automatically populate in the “To” field when distributing certificates via email.
Once complete, click “Update Certificate” in the Holder Address editor, then click “Save” to finalize your changes.
