Submit an Enhancement Request

If you have an idea for how the system could better support your workflow, an enhancement request lets us know so we can consider it for future updates.


After a request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team and then categorized and routed.

Some items - such as those already on our roadmap, small usability improvements, or commonly approved features - may move forward without additional review. Larger or more complex enhancements may require additional discussion and scoping.

  • Once the request is approved, or if the item is already planned, we’ll provide an estimated timeline.
  • If the request is not on the roadmap, you’ll be notified within one week and offered the option of a custom implementation - including an estimate of cost, level of effort, and timeline for your consideration.

Clients typically receive a response within one business week, with a maximum of two weeks unless the request is marked as time-sensitive.
