If you have an idea for how the system could better support your workflow, an enhancement request lets us know so we can consider it for future updates.
After a request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team and then categorized and routed.
Some items - such as those already on our roadmap, small usability improvements, or commonly approved features - may move forward without additional review. Larger or more complex enhancements may require additional discussion and scoping.
- Once the request is approved, or if the item is already planned, we’ll provide an estimated timeline.
- If the request is not on the roadmap, you’ll be notified within one week and offered the option of a custom implementation - including an estimate of cost, level of effort, and timeline for your consideration.
Clients typically receive a response within one business week, with a maximum of two weeks unless the request is marked as time-sensitive.
