Certificate Manager
The Certificate Manager is where all certificates for each Insured are housed, and allows a user to manage existing certificates for a client as well as create new certificates.

Imports
From the Imports manager, a user can import certificates for the insured they are in. The imported certificates can include new certificates, or updates to existing certificates. The system will store a log of all imports created, allowing them to download stored copies of the original imports when needed.

Exports & CertLink
From the Exports manager, a user can export certificates for the insured they are in. They can select to export all of the insureds certificates, or narrow them down by the entering criteria ranging from certificate issuance date range, to Named Insured or Holder.
Within the exported data is a feature called CertLink. CertLink referred to a link that, when clicked, will download a PDF copy of the applicable certificate, without having to log into any source to view.

Bulk Jobs
The Bulk Jobs menu is where a user can take an action for more than one certificate at a time. Within this menu, a user can:
- Process and issue a Bulk Revision, allowing the user to revise more than one certificate
- Process and issue certificate Renewals
