      Submit a Bug Request

      If something isn’t working as expected, you can submit a bug request to let us know - it helps our team identify and fix system issues efficiently.

      Once a bug is submitted, our team is immediately be notified and will begin reviewing the request.

      • Critical bugs - such as those that impact core functionality - are addressed with urgency and may involve fast-tracked fixes.
      • Lower-impact issues may be scheduled for future resolution, and alternative workflows will be shared when necessary.

      After submitting a bug request, you can expect an initial response within 24 hours. Additional updates will be provided on the issue status, severity, any available alternative workflows, and the estimated timeline for resolution.
