Admin Menu Overview

How to utilize the Admin menu - including creating permission groups to assign users to, and view your agency's certificate analytics.

Depending on your permissions, you may have access to the Admin menu. Within this menu, the user permission groups within Certificate Hero can be managed, as well as the users associated with each group. And if applicable, you can also review your agency's analytics.

Users

Within the Users Management page, you can invite new users, and manage the users that have access to your Certificate Hero environment.

Groups

User Groups are used to determine sets of permissions, and then assign users to those permission groups. Within the permissions group menu, you can create and manage the groups and roles users are assigned.

Analytics

While users within an agency are issuing, revising and renewing certificates, Certificate Hero collects the issuance data and displays it within the Analytics dashboard. 

At its highest level, the analytics section is reflecting how many certificates have been issued within the system. That number can be broken down in different ways that helps provide the agency with comprehensive agency certificate issuance information.
